Resolved! labor reports

I have an employee whose information is entered properly but Labor Reports is showing her with a pay rate.  This is happening for Job Titles: General Manager and Cook.  But, the others with the "Cook" Job Title are fine.

June 13th

System offline on the 13th.  Still have not received payments on the credit cards.   Supposedly someone is researching.  I would like to know if toast is going to honor taking care of the payments if this cannot be resolved?
