Daily Sales Summary EXPORT

How can I download a daily sales summary right after our breakfast shift and send it in a usable format (pdf, excel or sheets) from my cell phone? I will be sending it to a non-toast user as an email attachment.  I am SURELY doing something wrong because there is no way that Square has NAILED this feature completely and Toast has not..  I am having to take screen shots and attach them to an email.  This seems so basic.  I REALLY hope this is my misunderstanding.

This is for new sales summary but pretty much the same for old as well.

Choose filters and filter by the daypart you want 

Select overflow menu and download XLS
