I have two drive thru windows and two POS' to service the customers, but the kitchen does not know where to send the orders to window A on one side of the restaurant or Window B on the other side. How can I designate where the sale is happening or where the order goes without opening the Tab and putting A or B in there for every order? I need this to show up on the KDS.... TIA! You folks have been great

You could create two different dining options, one for Drive Thru A and one for B, then assign them as the default dining option in the device settings of the individual POS devices that service those drive thru's, any order put in will automatically be assigned the dining option, and as long as your kitchen settings are set to show dining option on tickets Drive Thru A or B will be it will be at the top of every ticket.
