Anyone else having trouble accessing the Epson TM-M30II wireless printer interface to change the IP address?
I’ve tried every login combo I can think of:
epson/epson
admin/admin
epson/serial number
epson/MAC address
epson/blank
admin/blank
You get the idea.
I’ve factory reset the printers twice, they’re adopted into the Toast network, printing just fine from terminals and handhelds, and they all have valid IPs.
The issue is I cannot get into the backend via browser or Epson NetConfig while connected to the Toast network to manually set static IPs.
And to top it off, I’ve been on hold with Toast support for over 90 minutes. Weekend support is basically nonexistent, no one has answers, and second tier doesn’t exist on Sundays.
Any ideas?

No worries.
Yes, I’ve already tested it through the POS itself. The same printer model works flawlessly when wired, but as we all know, nothing ever runs perfectly in the restaurant world.
I’m managing setups for five different restaurants, all under one roof and sharing a single router. To ensure long-term stability and minimize interference, I’m segmenting the network per restaurant to prevent IP conflicts and cross-device communication—issues I’ve encountered at other multi-unit sites.
The last thing we need is burger orders printing in the vegetarian kitchen… that’s how wars start.

Found this article and hope it helps.
Set Up Your Wireless M30 Printer on a Self-Managed Network
I have been thinking getting one of these at our location. Is the wireless printer reliable?

Nice find, they mentioned segmenting their network and having several restaurants on one router, must be self managed, might be the issue with this particular printer.

No, it is a Toast managed network. I’m not a fan of the unmanaged Toast setups.

Unfortunately I did all that. This is a Toast managed network.
I have set these up many times, but this time after the wireless printers were adopted into the toast network you can’t backend them.
The wired same model printer you can get into.
And no, you cant wire, configure, then connect to wireless to use printer setup.
Every step in that article does not work. That is why I am reaching out here.
Even Toast tech support doesn’t know why.
