Hi team
At one of my restaurants, online orders through Toast suddenly stopped showing up on the expo screen. The order still prints a receipt at the proper FOH station, and still shows up on all the KDS on the line. It only doesn't show up on the expo screen.
Any ideas what could have caused that or how to fix it? I've never seen that issue before!

Have you checked the filters in device setup on the expo kds? Possible something changed there.

Where are they? I am not familiar with these filters
