We have a family pack. The pack is configured to allow customization per item in the pack. The customization however does not display on the ticket or in the kitchen properly. It just jumbles everything together and you cannot see what goes to what. Please advise.

You need to use nested modifiers to give context and keep it organized, I see you have 4 burger choices, so you would just use your existing modifier groups but nest them under another group with a name that would give some context to the kitchen, Burger 1 for example, then nest the temperature, add toppings, no toppings, drink choice, side etc under that mod group. https://central.toasttab.com/s/article/Building-Nested-Modifiers

Thank you for reaching out to the community! When I searched for an answer here. Below is what I found. Let me know if this helps!
- Print Ticket Changes: Make sure this option is enabled so that ticket item modifications, such as special instructions or order notes, are sent to kitchen printers.
- Modifier Routing: Configure this feature to send modifiers to specific prep stations. This can help ensure that customizations are clearly displayed where needed.
If these settings are already configured and the issue persists, you may need to review your setup in the Toast Web under KitchenPrinters, tickets, & KDS devicesKitchen and ticket setup to ensure all configurations are correct.
