Hi there, I don't understand how to view or edit modifier groups. I can see menus and click into menu groups, but I can't see or click into modifier groups, unless I go all the way down into a specific menu item and work on the modifier group from there. What am I missing? Surely there must be a way to easily view and work on modifier menus/groups?

You are not missing anything. If you want to have an overview of all your modifier groups. Go to "Item Database"(or this link: https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/menuitems) and then choose "modifier groups". It will list out all the modifier groups you have.

Hi!
There are two ways that I have found helpful when viewing/editing MOD groups.
1. Advanced Priorities: Use Advanced Properties to Edit Your Menu in Bulk (toasttab.com)
I'd use this if I was looking for an individual item by clicking on the drop down menu, you can see the MOD groups within each item. This is a clean view if again you are looking for a specific MOD group of an item.
2: Item Database: Use the Items Database to View and Manage Menus (toasttab.com)
As mentioned in the reply below, this is probably the best way to edit/view MOD groups. You'll see the full list of your MOD groups in here, and even better you can search for a specific MOD group. We have multi location groups and for that reason, I tend to use the items data base most often when looking to make edits to menus.
