Hello Toast Community,
My name is Matt and I’m the owner of Grillbird located in Seattle, WA! I switched to Toast Payroll over 2 years ago and it’s been a really easy experience for us. I (and my CPA) was hesitant at first to make the switch, but we've never had any issues and it's made so many aspects of payroll from onboarding to making adjustments so much easier. I asked Toast IQ to see if I could find an answer. I attached a screenshot of the instructions it gave. I tried the instructions myself. Tip- (it didn't say this instructions) Use shift or ctrl to select multiple payrolls at a time. You can probably play with which boxes you want checked for the report- I think you'll just want to check earnings.
The report that exports into excel isn't pretty and to be able to see just clear cut information you kind of have to cut some columns out. But essentially this will get you the information you are looking for I believe.

One option is setting them up as an employee and granting them the HR+ access in permissions to payroll so that they can login as an admin and have full access to reporting and payroll processing.

Wish I never switched to Toast Payroll and I've been a Toast customer for 8+ years.
Finding the PTO setup to be wrong/unlawful in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Also misled during Toast Payroll onboarding and Toast Payroll Managers (Kino) have been neglectful on the issue.
Wish I could recommend it but I don't. It needs to mature as a solution.

Is there a way to do a MONTHLY employee earnings summary report in Toast Payroll?? I can only see the biweekly reports in our payroll reports, but need to be able to do certain months for our unemployment insurance audit paperwork...suc
