Invoice not in bank account

Good Morning,

We are currently still in Test mode but we sent an invoice for an upcoming event and the customer paid it on Tuesday but it has not gone into our bank account.  Do we have to be live to receive the money?

Sorry for the confusion about this! I would reach out to that customer; payment info is not set up while in test mode, so if you used Toast equipment for that transaction, you would not receive funds for that transaction. If this was a house account, the link below also explains this process.
