I'm looking into setting up house accounts, specifically for a University Department that would like to be billed once a month for all orders in a given month. I want to know how tipping out works for my staff. Will the tips from a specific day be added to that days total tips? We pool tips on a daily basis. I've read through all of the articles on house accounts from toast already and haven't seen an explanation on how tips are distributed, on an individual order basis, or lumped into the invoice at the end of the month and distributed once this is paid. Thanks for any help in advance.

We have house accounts set up for a variety of customers (but not just anyone!). Our house account tips are handled just like a credit card tip on the server's daily shift review.
