Is There A Way To Have A Message When Employees Are Cashing Out?

I generally work with SAP and Blackboard as my POS's, and they both had a function where you could set up a reminder that would pop up when employees cashed out for the day. I used it to remind them to plug in their terminals. I would like to do the same for TOAST, setting it up to remind people, before they close out, to pool and declare their tips, as we are finally introducing this policy. Is there a way to make this happen? I understand it is a redundancy, but it has proven very useful in previous operations.

Hey @Graysonation, thanks for reaching out! I believe the feature you are looking for is called "Send Notifications." However, I don't think you can set it before they close out. This is the closest feature we have at this time.
