Item routing in new Toast

Help! We used to change item routing by service area for private events but I tried to do it for our party tonight and the menu isn't laid out in the same way anymore. I don't know how to find "item routing."
Can someone please help me!

Not sure what changed for you but this link should bring you right to it.  https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/kitchen/itemrouting can always use search when you are having trouble finding anything.
