Last week a new Today's Shift Screen started showing up the first time you logged in on a new device that show a messages box and then a list of out of stock items. Looks to be a very useful tool. The thing is no one at support seems to know about it and no one can tell me how to add a message to that screen. I get transferred around and every new agent confidently tells me how to send text alerts from the handhelds and then gets all confused when I tell them about the today's shift screen. Has anyone figure out how to add a message here?

It's a beta, did you sign up for it? You add the messages from the toast now app (iOS only at the moment)

Thanks. I don't recall if I signed up for it or not. Probably did. I'm on Android so could explain why I don't see it. Is it clearly labeled on iOS?

On android as well, but it should be labeled POS broadcast next to devices. (make sure the app is up to date though)

Need to make sure your Toast Now app is fully up to date and you will see the broadcast option
