Hi everyone,
We recently encountered an issue where a server received a notification on their handheld device indicating that a table's check was paid. However, the POS system still showed the payment as an open check even though the guest had used the mobile QR code on their receipt.
While I have access to the payments reporting, I'm specifically seeking a report that details the notifications servers receive on their handheld devices. Does anyone know if such a report exists or where I might find it?
