Obtaining API for data warehouse integration

We are trying to connect to our sales and customer data to load into a data warehouse to enable data analytics without using Toast Integration providers. 

Is there a way to obtain an API token to allow us to load customer and sales data to our own warehouse?

You can set up daily Data Exports. Wish allows you to create reports that rare exported nightly you can access through AWS and should link to your data warehouse.

This may be a route but having to use SSH to obtain data is a few more steps than needed versus using an API. Also to collect daily data in the past may be too many files. Unsure if the export will allow us to get past data.

So you can get API read only access, I have it and i can show you what scopes are visible. However based on what your describing  Data exports would work better, DM me and and I can show you what they both look like
