orders dont appear on kds

I set up two dining options for expediters to know what direction to send orders called Front and Back.

When I set a pos to BACK as it's default, the orders dont go to the pos....

Go to device setup and check ticket display options, is everything checked?

Okay, that is usually the issue; another customer said the following should be fixed:
"go to device setup, find the display order option, and select  the dining options you'd like to show."

 However, I think this is the same thing I already said. You might need to reach out to support to check all your settings. You could also try restarting the KDS screen. The article below details how this whole system needs to be set up.

I remember helping someone who couldn't get a certain dining option to appear on a KDS, they had everything selected like you do and still didn't show up, they ended up unselecting everything which will also display everything just like checking everything and it worked for them. I think they just left it unchecked but if they rechecked everything it probably would have worked as well.
