POS Access Code stopped working

My Access code was working on out ToastGo2 and then all of a sudden it stopped accepting it.  The code works fine on the counter pos but just not the handheld.  Any suggestions?

Did you make any changes to the passcode at all recently? I would start with resyncing all data on the toast go first and see if that resolves it.
