Print menu subgroup on prep station ticket

I want a menu subgroup name to print on tickets sent to the bar. 

Under the menu group settings, I am not seeing a way to allow for this to happen. 

Does anyone have suggestions?

Menu names don't print, just menu items, and modifiers, could you describe what you are trying to achieve, maybe someone can help.
