I am looking for a way to get the Sales per Labor Hour for a month by hour so I can see when we are the slowest so I can adjust the labor to reduce the need for people to be in the building. I know it slows down roughly from 2-5pm, but I was hoping to get evidence of that with data. Basically, SPLH by hour and by day. I can't seem to find it. I don't mind if I have to export data and use Excel to get what I am looking for as a result. Any ideas? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to the community!
To do this, you can use the Labor Cost Breakdown Report.
1. Navigate to the Labor Cost Breakdown Report in your Toast Web account.
2. Set the date range to cover the entire month you are interested in.
3. Use the drop-down menu to break down the data by "hour" since you want to see SPLH by hour.
4. Hover over any bar on the chart to view detailed data for each hour.
5. If needed, export the data to a CSV file by using the ***Columns*** button to select the fields you want and then downloading the report.
Let me know if this worked for you!

Rob, this is great, and I found this. Thank you.
However, when I go to:
What I am trying to do is show the manager the following visually with charts or an XLS graph when the dips in revenue are throughout the day for each day of the week. In order to do that, I need to get a lot of data to show that, for example, Wednesdays, we should not be fully staffed between 2pm - 4pm, or Fridays, we need to be staffed heavier in the late afternoons during Happy Hour. One day of this information is nice, but anecdotal.
How do I get the hourly data for a long period of time?
Thank you again!

Not sure if this is helpful, but we offer the Hourly Sales Report. This report breaks down sales and labor costs in 15-minute intervals, but it looks like you can't export it, so it would be a manual highlight and copy to Excel.
