I have an item routing rule set up so that any tickets rung on the Bar area of the restaurant do NOT print to the service bar printer, to avoid bartender confusion.
However, when the bartenders serve a table, their tickets are printing to the service bar printer. At our other location, that doesn't happen, but I don't recall where the setting is. Can you help?

My guess is it has something to do with Service Area. So do you want tickets to be printed when bartenders ring up an order for a table or you don't want tickets to be printed?

I think item routing is a little over complicated solution for this, you could just set non printing prep stations in the device setup of the terminals the bartenders use. So no matter what table or tab or anything they do from those terminals they will not print tickets to the drink prep station.
