Shift Review from back office

Hello, I am trying how to see a servers shift review from the back office. Specifically one report that shows the servers sales, amount in tips they are owed for the day or amount of cash they owe the restaurant.

Cash drawer history will show servers cash in hand, collected and tips owed, sales you would have to use employee productivity report.

Swipe or put your number in. 
In the  very upper left corner, there is a left-pointing arrow.  Touch that.  
About 1/2  way down you'll see Shift Reviews.  Touch that. 
You'll see a list of staff, clocked in or out, doesn't matter.
Touch the name of the person you want to review,  and over on the right you'll see a small button near the top that says  Shift Review.   Touch that. 
There you have it.   You can also reprint from there.  

Be aware that if they have open checks it won't be  accurate,  though.

I am trying to get the same shift review information from my computer (back office) while out of the country. Looking for one concise report that can be read and tips funded. Doesn't seen to exist.
