Hi Maties
we turned on loyalty points just coupe days ago, and we got an email about possibly suspicious acivity on one account. It suddenly got 403 points in just one day. Looking further it seemed several orders in same day were added to that one account.
I was looking for a temporary block on that account to collect any new points. But seemed like there is no such facility right now.
Thoughts?

It's possible to deactivate, find the rewards account, under card info on the top left click edit, choose deactivate. I didn't want to de-acticate, just block any new point collection. and it shouldn't allow redumption of points.
I guess deactivate is one way, but seems bit extreme .. I just want to lock and unlock the rewards account with one button.

That is what it does as far as I know, you can reactivate it at any time.
