Hi team
I had a guest call yesterday telling me that online she cannot order one specific taco. I verified that this taco IS available in our regular menu, and usually our integration with regard to 86's etc is perfect.
This items hasn't been 86'd lately, and I can't see any difference in the way this item is setup in the 3rd party menu than it is in the regular menu.
Anyone have any ideas?

Probably wait for some others to chime in but my first thought is to rebuild that menu item to force a resync, or contact the 3rd party companies and see if they can resync the menu on their side.

Did you make any change to that ONE taco recently? If so, double check if any modifiers under that taco is required to make a selection but not visible to 3PD platforms.

Thank you for the advice, au79teahouse and rcmck! Your feedback gave me an idea and I checked deeper into the modifiers. Turned out ONE modifier for that ONE taco was turned off for Toast online.
