unpublished items

I've noticed the newish icon at the top of my toast dashboard that shows if there are items that are unpublished.  It shows who did the edit but does anyone know if there is a way to see what the edit was?

The publish/config log will show more information, but you need the publish config V2 which is still being tested, to see the changes that were done. Right now, I think only Toast agents can see the changes.

It is a little buggy also and I have noticed several things will cause the icon to go to the unpublished changes state when there are no actual changes, like using quick edit on a pos, or any backend changes that don't require a publish like online ordering spotlight, turning online ordering off , etc.
