Discount Button

I have set discounts for Military and First Responders but they are not showing up on the POS despite being enabled and visible etc.  Has anyone else had this issue?

I see you have set "check level"  to Military and First Responder discount. For check level discount, it can be accessed through the "discount" button (see picture). *note* Make sure you don't any item selected/highlighted. The discount button won't work and you will get stuck with "item level" discount if there is any.

For handheld device, you can find the discount button on top of the "pay" button.

We have tried just using that button but it does not come up as military or first responder.  

I was hoping to have a separate button for each of those like the managers comp etc.

It should pop up just like how you said it if it is configured correctly. Here is an example of our gift card discount.
