Does anyone else have guests that don't finish their online order and then show up for pick up?

Every day, multiple times a day, guests show up after ordering online but we don't have their order.  They are not seeing the submit button and think that because they are getting a quote time and total they are done ordering.  It's like the last step (place order) is buried and they don't see it.

Is anyone else seeing this phenomenon?
