Our Kiosk keeps timing out where a pin number has to be entered in order to get back to the ordering screen. Any idea how to turn the time out off? Thank you in advance!

That's interesting. It never happens to our kiosks. I would suggest that you look into the permission of the pin you usually use for kiosk.

Same problem here, my old kiosk didn't have that problem, but I got a new kiosk and it will only let me set a maximum of 2 hours before it times out.

We have a new Elo V4 Kiosk and don't have this issue. Not sure what causes the issue here. Have you checked the primary mode is set to kiosk under device setting?

yes, it's set to kiosk mode under device setting. I did have an Elo v4 kiosk which i had to return due to screen problems, and I never had this timeout problem with that one. Just installed the replacement, and now have timeout problem. contacted support and they said that's just the way it is, but they will suggest it as a feature to have no timeout, lol
