Wondering if any Canadian businesses have a loyalty and customer credit options? We are a new to food industry business so didn't research more thoroughly the options they DIDN'T offer in Canada. I saw loyalty program and was excited as that is a huge bonus to our Pizza Shop. But...then we find out Canadian businesses don't have access to the Loyalty and Customer Credit options. We are very disappointed and have tried to set up manual tracking with guest lists, but those aren't accurate either and hard to look up customers and time consuming counting all the points they have earned. We would love to hear of any options for these types of options with Toast?
Thank you, I see it's limited to customers that only use a credit card. That is not the greatest option as many of our customers prefer to not to pay with credit card.
Credit card is just how it links to their loyalty for a quick lookup without needing to ask for a number or email, cash customers can still be a part of loyalty, you would just need to enter their info manually when cashing them out to earn points.
