I need more customization abilities in Toast Loyalty. Our guests are VERY engaged with our loyalty program and we have a massive amount of members.
I want to ability to load rewards into accounts.
For example:
$10 off lunch - use by this date
Free cocktail - use by this date
Free Appetizer - use by this date
Early access to events
Free tickets to this event
Loyalty member only event every Tuesday
I understand that we are not able to directly text members unless they opt - in but would love the ability to communicate to members that a reward has been loaded to their account.
Please please I have been asking for this ability for years now. There are a ton of loyalty programs out there that are much more extensive than the Toast loyalty.
