Anyone else have linked credit cards that are linked to other guests credit cards? Had an Owner who is not part of Lotalty swipe his card and someone else's account popped up. What is the best practice to get rid of this. Toast says there is nothing they can do on their end to solve this. Can you get rid of Linked Credit Cards? Can you go back to just names/phone numbers? Can you have just a card form of loyalty card?
You 100% can have a loyalty card. I made them years ago when there could only be one credit card per loyalty account when they started the loyalty program.
