Hi there! I know at this point, if a customer has enough points to cover the entire bill, there is not an option to tip on a credit card. Is this something that is in the works to be changed. Our staff highly relies on tips for their earnings and we dont want to create any program that discourages that. And the reality is, that most people do not carry cash on them. We would like there to be a way to modify the amount redeemed so that there is a portion that can still be paid with their credit card, allowing them the option to tip, as well.

Under Loyalty Settings >> Advance Settings, you can set a redemption limit.

You can set a max usage amount per transaction, which we have set @ $20. However, if someone's check is $10.49 and they have enough loyalty points to cover the entire check, it will discount to bring check to zero balance. At this point, the customer is not able to leave a tip on the card they were wanting to use.

Thanks for reaching out to the community about this. I have seen this question before, and we are aware of this pain point. I do not have a timeline for when it will be fixed, but we are aware of this issue!
