Is it possible to send a mass text with an offer to our Loyalty Rewards Customers? Instead of the online ordering platform? I'd like to send a text to my loyalty customers with an offer but for them to come in to our store to check things out, not use the offer then and there and order. I want them to come into the store from a mass text of some sort that I can completely customize. Thank you!

 I know this is an old thread but it mentioned Toast was working on the functionality in 2023.  Is this now available?

You can create various automated campaigns, like Welcome Offer Campaigns, We Miss You Campaigns, Big Spender Campaigns, Repeat Guest Campaigns, and Post-Purchase Campaigns, to send targeted messages with offers.

But this requires to be signed up for sms messaging.  It doesn't allow you to sent messages to just loyalty members without them signing up for sms.  It seems that to sign up for loyalty it would come with SMS and you would then opt out.

I see what you're saying. There are a lot of regulations when it comes to sending text messages to guests. This is why they must opt in, rather than the way you have described. Currently, this sms feature is the only way we have available to send sms messages to guests, and based on what I can find this won't be changing anytime soon.
