Do you know when Toast will allow multiple loyalty accounts on the same table number? If there are multiple checks on the same table, Toast will only allow one loyalty account.

I understand how it works. Now tell me why.

Allowing a guest to "save/skip" their loyalty rewards only to have the reward claimed by another guest in the transaction doesn't make any sense at all.

This is happening because of the system's setup. I will pass your feedback on to the team, but please note that this is the intended process for now. adamj also mentioned a workaround to help address this issue!

There are two ways to apply loyalty to a check one is on the order the other is on the payment. If you select each payment and then click rewards the points will distribute correctly
