We are looking to set up a targeted promotion and want to see if this is possible within our current system.

Specifically, we want to create a discount that only applies to a particular customer group. For example, we want our Wine Club Members to automatically receive a discount on wine purchases, while regular customers pay the standard price.

Could anyone share the best way to handle this?

Yes, I run toast loyalty.

At the moment, I don't think Toast has the ability to auto apply a discount for members only. Most likely, it can only be done manually by staff. However, it will be a great feature that you have the ability to offer member-only discount or for targeted audience only!
