I am in the Mediterranean catering and restaurant business in Austin, Texas. Last month we changed our POS system from Clover to Toast. Everything is going well now and we are getting a lot of orders from the Toast By Local app.
I would also like to benefit from the e-mail and SMS marketing packages that Toast offers us, but I do not have any customer data. At this point, does Toast share data with us or does it send its own data without sharing it with us? I would like to buy and use this marketing package, but from what I can see, it does not work for those who do not have data.
Apart from this, I have created a few coupons and these coupons are also being used. They are going well.
I want to do more marketing, advertising and sales-increasing activities with Toast, but I have no idea what exactly I can do. I ask for help from experienced people on this subject.
