online orders - 2 concerns!

hello!  please help - the toast online menu used to say at the top of the screen and in all RED letters "closed" or "this restaurant is not currently taking online orders" something along those lines, but it doesn't anymore - and we frequently have customers placing orders for pickup on the days we are closed.

Also, customers are able to order items in advance for several days ahead, but the system doesn't take the inventory out so by the time the order prints (usually the day of) the items are gone/sold to someone else.  We were trying to get into the habbit of checking the system for future orders but it doesn't always work.
