Rewards loyalty redeeming issue

I am noticing that guests with partial rewards are unable to redeem them. 

for example - they have earned a $50 reward and used only $5 of it last time. They go to use the $45 today and you can see it on their account but you cannot redeem it. The redeem button is not highlighted. 

please help!

How much are your rewards

Usually their is a minimum point balance to redeem a reward. If the customer uses only part of their reward they would need to get back to that redemption value to claim a reward

Example

1pt for every 2$ spent = at 100 points ($200) you earn a reward for 10$ because we give 5% back, however you must be at 100 points to use the reward.

You buy a soda so you have $6 left in rewards points or 60 points.. you will need to get back to 100 points to redeem again.

However your balance isn't zero so you'll get a reward sooner
