Hello,
Is anyone having trouble with rewards accounts not showing in the order screen (either by change customer or look up rewards) but will show on the pay screen when you look under rewards?
I am not sure if I am missing something but if there is a button to look up rewards on both the order and pay screen then the same information should be available. It is not. One screen will have a phone number and no name, the other will have name, phone number and email or one will say there is no account and the other will show they have an account with so many points. I just don't get it. Our rewards program/loyalty accounts has not worked properly since day one. It's more of a headache then anything else.

What version of the app are you on? I have not seen this particular error, but we had an issue with 2.84 where customers were unable to apply reward points when using the Kiosk to order.
We were also unable to upgrade to 2.85 automatically, but after contacting Toast to push out an update, it's working correctly.

Under the loyalty settings, channels, is lookup enabled for POS?

We are on 2.84. I will reach out to Toast about the upgrade. Hopefully this works! Thank you!
