We want to send our new guests a 15% promo code to use in house and will be blasted out via email (we are using Klaviyo) . Our concern is there is no way to track it when a guests uses it but we are going to create the promo code on the POS. Has anyone else ever come across this obstable and if so how did you track it or not track it? Is this just a small concern? Trying to gauge what other people have done. Thanks!
