  • We’ve made improvements designed to help your team resolve delivery issues faster: 
    • We’ve added the ability to view driver, guest, and support contact details instantly for Uber Eats and Toast Delivery Services to address delivery issues in real time.
    • You can now request and dispatch a new Toast Delivery Services driver, with more transparency on fees before submitting
    • Access order source details and key information in one place through the new overflow menu
    • Track Toast Delivery Services status at a glance in the check preview without switching screens
    • Explore how to optimize Toast Delivery Services in the POS.
  • We’ve added more tools to help manage when and how online orders come in.
    • You can now snooze orders for 20 minutes, 40 minutes, or until tomorrow to manage peak volume or unexpected disruptions 
    • You’re now able to update channel settings directly from All Checks (Payment Terminal)
    • You can also check real-time ordering status in Toast Now so you always know what’s live
    • Set clear expectations with quote times shown in context for Toast Online Ordering
    • Learn how toggling channels works and how to track orders with TDS.
  • Get More Accurate Sales Reporting with Uber Eats Discount Information
    • You’re now able to see restaurant-funded Uber Eats discounts reflected in Toast reports, receipts, and POS totals
    • Reduce reconciliation questions with sales totals that match the order (Note: Uber Eats-funded promotions will not appear in Toast reports.)
