Hi Toasty people!
Question - has anyone else had the issue of customers being able to order 86ed items through third party apps (causing the stock to go from 0 to negative)? I've seen this at my last job and at my current job but Toast reps always say "I've never seen this before." I've been instructed to contact the third parties directly and they don't have anything to say because our full menu is managed on Toast.
We've also had glitches where we've received direct orders outside of order time ranges or for 86ed items come through. I assume it has to do with an already built cart in an open browser window but haven't been able to get any reason from the Toast team on this either. Anyone else have this happen?

One Person can spend 20 minutes placing an order. Finding a credit card etc. someone walks in snd buys it they hit pay …it’s better than the whole order being rejected. Depending on the item give yourself a buffer of 2-3 in case one drops or someone counts wrong etc
