Anyone signed up with VoiceAI could share their experience?

I'm super thrilled to be participating in the early review. Just got briefed by one of the product managers and signed up. Waiting for the product to be enabled soon and to test it out. 

If some folks have already started playing with it, it would be great to hear.

I have been testing it out several times since September. My opinion is it still needs tons of works. In my last several tests, there were:
1) latency issue (delay in response, sometime no response at all), 
2) did not receive online ordering link through text message
3) in general it's buggy

They recently added a separate restaurant hour section for Voice AI based on your service hour setup. I haven't deployed this feature our customers as I can already see overwhelming negative feedback on it. Right now the AI might be good to answer general questions such as business hours, menu item lookup, etc. AI is not able to take order at this moment. It should redirect the call to store phone line but it does not redirect call at all. 

Good input!. Have you been able to give this feedback to them so you can test a future update that fixes these issues?  I understand the buggy nature of a new product. I'm ok with it as long as there is a commitment to provide the latest updates for you to test, so it moves in the right direction. I would say for some of these the new updates should roll out in a week to keep beta testers active when they have the attension span. It it takes weeks and the team is prioritizing new features vs MAT (Minimal Acceptance Tests), it would take a while before it matures. 

I have seen the support AI chat seems to be improving fast, so I'm confident Toast will do the right thing .. hope they are listening !!!

I gave some feedback after having the intro call. 

  1. I also wanted the receipt printed; it was a voice-assisted order, in case there is a problem with tracking in the future.
  2. I want the reporting to show in the "Dining Option" report that it's AI-assisted to determine the conversion rate. Also, how many were AI-initiated but failed and were transferred back to the restaurant for support? This should be useful for the product and development teams.

Yes I did. The product manager Stefan was very active and open to feedbacks. My last test was on October 30th. I haven’t seen much changes or updates since I had access to this feature.
