I would like to have a report that shows the average ticket fulfillment (aka average ticket time) for an entire day. Under the "Kitchen Operations" report there is a breakdown by hour, but nothing that combines it into the average of an entire day or other period (week, month, etc.). Given the functionality of Toast very surprised this most basic KPI seems to not be available. Am I missing it someplace else? Or does anyone know if it is in development? Thank you.
