I want to track cook's ticket time performance. I can give each cook KDS permission. I have them sign in at their prep station. The ticket details, under kitchen operation reports has the data I need. I want Toast AI to average the fulfillment time by each cook which is designated as "fulfilled by". I'm looking for ideas or prompts to explain to Toast how to handle the data that is already there.
