We are looking into tipping out our bartenders. Up until now, since we recently opened, we paid them above average wages to avoid the extra calculations.
I was wondering if anyone does tip out bartenders and bussers, and if so, which reports - if any - do you use to do so?
Our existing procedure is for servers to keep cash tips at the end of the night, but Credit card tips are added to their paychecks. We do not pool any tips aside from large events with multiple staff...
Grateful for any opinions, experiences, etc.
