Beer Flights

We have a large draft selection (56 items on tap).  We have each one entered and priced by size.  I want to set up flights and to be able to accurately track sales I read to set up a modifier group and then make each beer item a new modifier.  When I do this, then when I try to ring in a flight it asks for a size.  I have tried every work around that I can find but nothing is working.  Does anyone have a suggestion?

You're inheriting the size modifier from the menu group level. Go into the flights item and select no under "inherit modifier groups"

I'm having the same problem as the original question with size popping up. This answer of selecting "NO" under "inherit modifier groups" did not work for me.  Anyone else have any suggestions.  I currently have the sizes with prices on each individual item, not on a group.

I have yet to find a way to not include modifiers from the reference menu item, I don't really use sizes much but have you tried using an existing menu group as the modifiers instead? Not sure how size modifiers work with that.

I think your best bet if you already are using sizes might be just to make flight another one of the pour sizes and prices.
