Is there any way to see open invoices on the orders hub? I see some open invoices but not others. However, all open invoices show up on the calendar. 

Is there anyway for leads to show up on the catering and events calendar?

Leads on the Calendar is in progress, also Catering Orders are shown on the order hub(not invoices however).
