We have a downstairs party room the terminal and hand held are both assigned to that specific printer. I can print checks no problem but the orders are going to our main bar upstairs. Anyone else experience this before?

Was it working as expected and just started printing to the wrong bar, or is this something you are trying to setup for the first time?

So it was set up during the installation but we hadn't tested it since we went live.
