We periodically have bands or other entertainment. When we do, we add 50 cents to each item during the event. Is there anyway I can configure the system to automatically change the prices?
You can make a copy of your existing menus, let's say "event menus", and then increase the price $0.50 using menu specific pricing. On the day of event, hide your regular menus and make event menus visible. And the other way around on regular days.
