9/5 - Our toast Expeditor and prep station screens started recalling tickets on its own. It happened intermittently then recalled every ticket for the day. Called toast and they walked through several different experts and sent a message to the engineer department. at the close of day we powered off all devices and started the day fresh, contacted toast again and they explained it was a glitch in the system.
9/6 - same issue started again it is super intermittent and hard to know when it will happen.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue or have experienced and have a fix for the problem?
